 The best Saltwater fishing season generally lasts from October to February in Thailand with Marlin and Sailfish becoming prevelent in waters of both East and West coasts.
There are always many exciting things going on in the Thai Saltwater fishing scene with the changing seasons and the different conditions that they bring for Anglers.

 Brand new action photos sent from a very satisfied customer. Mr Tom Secher bought some Maniac poppers from the Mega fishing tackle shop ready for his fishing trip to Panama. He was going to be targetting Tuna fish, Cuberas, Roosters and Amberjack. You can see by the photos that he sent to us he was very successfull. |

Not the biggest catch in Thailand but still a world record none the less.
Thanks to the slack winds and gentle currents we enjoyed great fishing aboard the MV Trident all month. "Wreck Wednesdays" were running as normal to Unicorn and Torpedo wrecks, and we had two 4 day trips out looking for new wrecks.
Our first Similan area trip of the season had some good action for Wahoo, Yellowfin Tuna and Black Marlin.
How about a spot of Marlin Fishing then ? No not in Phuket the most famous place for Big Game Fishing in Thailand, but of the Island of Koh Tao on the Gulf of Thailand Coast. This small island is a Divers Paradise and is the smallest of the three islands ( Koh Tao, Koh Phangan, Koh Samui )off the east coast.
