 A new lure for 2008 and one that we will be featuring more great photos of and catch reports about over the next few months is the GMO frog which has been developed by a Thai Lure maker / Proffesional angler / Fishing magazine editor / Fishing DVD Producer / Jungle fishing guide at his fishing Lure factory. This very talented all round angler has built his name in the Thai fishing scene by producing DVD fishing documentary's and editing a top fishing mag" Thailand Anglers Magazine".
Thasapon Pontawon 33 years young at work using his favoured lure making material, hardwood. After handshaping his own design of flooating frog bait he goes on to the construction of the lure itself and finally individually handpainting the fishing lures.
The finished GMO "The Frog" product in a whole range of attratcive colours.
When he is not making lures, guiding people on real Jungle fishing trips or making fishing documentary's Thasapon also writes and photograph's for "Thailand Anglers Magazine" which we will aslo be featuring more about in coming months.
