 Pattaya fishing park is right in the centre of party town, This is a smallish lake situated on Sukumvit Road Jomtien .It is just before the Alangkhan Show on the same side of the road.It is no more than 20 minutes drive from the centre of Beach Road Pattaya. Cab ride will cost you......
.......................................300 baht each way. This lake is better organized than Bungsanran, Fishing is from one end of the lake only.
The lake opens from about 10 am and closes mid night.There are small huts with tables and chairs at no cost.There is also more casting room.

Ideally you need to cast just about halfway out over the lake.I got away with using a bait runner with 20lb breaking strain line here.The fish here go to a maximum of about just over 30 kilos,but not many.The average size is about 18 lbs upwards.I have also had a couple of carp from here on a previous visit,the biggest going 22lbs.Again Method fishing is the tactic used.

Rod hire and fishing fees are also a lot cheaper about 200 Baht per rod,bucket of bait also cheap.There are very friendly guides also at hand who are more than willing to help you out.They do not charge you any fee but please give them a tip when you leave as they get very poor pay.They also take care of the fish,and check to make sure you are using barbless hooks.The landing nets are the right size and there is a big set of scales on a trolly to weigh the fish.Someone from Bungsan ought to pay this place a visit.
