Your own action packed day with us will start with your morning meet and greet with your pro fishing guides before setting off for the lake in private air-conditioned minivan. After arrival at the lake an hour or so later get comfortable in your own fishing bungalow at the lakeside, take in the surroundings drink a coffee or some tea, but don't get too comfortable because once the bait is in the water here you should be ready for anything which usually means lots of physical exertion. The lake is well stocked to say the least and weights of fish range from 0.5kg Tilapia to 200kg giant mekong catfish and include other species such as striped catfish, spotted featherback, striped snakehead, giant snakehead, gunther's Walking Catfish, Giant Siamese carp, arapaima, big head carp, giant gourami, chao prya catfish.

The Siamese Giant carp is the biggest of the Carp family and grows to well over 100kg (220lbs) at bung sam lan lake in Bangkok Thailand. If you are lucky and skilful enough you could well land one. Even a specimen half that size will dwarf the carp the largest carp in most peoples dreams.

CARP AND CATFISH PACKAGE 2 RODS PER ANGLER:

This package is for visiting anglers who wish to fish at the same time for all catfish species and for the Siamese giant carp. Two rods per angler are therefore needed because fishing methods used to target both fish species are different.
