 The cold season has now arrived in Thailand and the fishing in Thailand has ceratinly not slowed down.Here is the latest batch of photos from Jean-Francois Helias' Fishing Adventures Thailand. Just a small selection of the hundreds of fish caught in the last few weeks of fishing in Thailand. This set of fishing pictures shows the potential of fishing in Thailand.
This is just a small percent of the many catches from the last few weeks of Thailand fishing action, if we were to showcase every catch photo we had, this page would take about a week to download. So here for you are not all the biggest fish and by no means the only fish these anglers caught, but a varied selection showing the different fish species that can be caught while fishing in Thailands Freshwaters.
Henk Hoornweg & his 88lb Mekong giant catfish - Caught on Sept. 30th, 2006 while fishing in Thailand at Bung sam lan lake in Bangkok
Scott Nelson came all the way from Florida USA to go Barramundi fishing in Thailand and caught this 24lb 3oz Barramundi at the same Barramundi fishing lake in Thailand where recently two new IGFA world records for the freshwater fly rod category were broken.
Guenther Zeidler an angler from Germany made it big with this 33lb Giant pangasius caught while fishing in Thailand at Bung san lan lake in Bangkok on Nov. 7th, 2006
Richard Fawcett from the United Kingdom was very happy with this beautifull Giant Goramy caught on a fishing tour at Bung sam ran lake on Nov. 13th 2006

Geoff Adams also from the United Kingdom was fishing in Thailand for five days at Bungsam lan lake near Bangkok with Jean Francois Helias and his Fishing Adventures Thailand guide outfit. One of his many catches was this 27lb Siamese giant carp caught on Nov 13th 2006
Back again the next day for more freshwater fishing in Thailand action Geoff Adams (UK) netted a massive 83lb 9oz Giant Mekong catfish Nov. 14, 2006.
Sean Fay from the UK was on a three day fishing trip in Thailand and started off in true style by hooking up and succesfully landing a massive 97lb Mekong giant catfish on Nov 13th 2006.
Sean Fay our angling friend from the UK started of his second day fishing at Bungsam lan lake in Bangkok by just missing out on a new IGFA world record by just over 1.5 lb with this perfect 9lb 12oz Giant Gorami specimen caught on Nov 14th 2006.
Also on his second day fishing in Thailand at Bungsam lan lake with Fishing Adventures Thailand's pro guide team Sean Fay from the UK battled this 70lb 6oz Mekong giant catfish to the net on Nov 14th 2006.
