Borsang Fishing Park Giant Catfish
At this venue we guarantee you will catch a nice fish. The average size of catfish is 5 -20kg (11lb - 45lb) and the chance for bigger ones is fairly good. The Giant Mekong catfish is well known in Thailand as a brute and a tackle destroyer.
Thailand is home to some of the world's most impressive carp and catfish species. The mighty Giant Siamese Carp (Catlocarpio siamensis) can reach over 100kg and is the world's largest cyprinid. The Giant Mekong Catfish (Pangasianodon gigas) is equally impressive — one of the largest freshwater fish on Earth.
Alongside these legendary fish you may encounter Jullien's Golden Carp, Rohu, Catla, Bighead Carp, Chao Phraya Catfish and many more species at Thailand's specialist carp and catfish venues.
