Important: Mega Fishing Thailand acts as an agent and booking intermediary only. We do not operate, own, or manage the fishing trips, boats, guides, or facilities ourselves. We introduce you to independent third-party guides and operators ("Trip Providers") who actually deliver the fishing experiences. This privacy policy explains how we handle your data in our capacity as the booking intermediary.

2. The Data We Collect About You

  • Contact form submissions: your name, email address, phone number, and any message content you submit through our contact form (Contact Form 7 ID 6048).

4. Sharing Your Data with Trip Providers (Third-Party Guides and Operators)

Because we are an agent and not the operator, we must share your personal data with independent Trip Providers in order to fulfil your booking enquiry. When you make an enquiry or booking through our website, we will transmit your name, contact details, group size, preferred dates, and any other relevant information to the applicable Trip Provider(s) so they can respond to you directly, confirm availability, issue quotes, and manage the booking.

Trip Providers are independent contractors operating their own businesses. Their use of your personal data is governed by their own privacy policies, not ours. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any Trip Provider with whom you book. We only share data that is necessary for the purpose of processing your enquiry or booking.

  • Trip Providers (independent guides and operators): we share your enquiry and booking data with the relevant Trip Provider(s) in order to fulfil your request. These are independent contractors, not our employees or agents in the sense of employment law.
  • Contact Form 7 / WordPress: to process and deliver contact form submissions to our team.
  • Google Analytics (GA4): to collect anonymised and aggregated usage statistics.
  • Email providers: to enable our team to receive and reply to enquiries.
